We are pleased to confirm that all systems are now fully operational.
However, please be reminded that, due to the ongoing State of Emergency for Los Angeles and Ventura counties, the stipulations of AB 2491 will remain in effect until further notice. This means the relaxed authorization requirements, including extending authorization timeframes and allowing out-of-network care when in-network services cannot be provided.
